SMALL GROUP SIZE!

Learn how to build a fully functioning PC in one week and take it home after camp is over! This a very unique program! (We’ve had families travel hundreds of miles to attend!) A great way to learn all about computers! Taught in very small groups.

Choose from five levels of PC hardware we’ve selected, or with the option to supply your own parts*.

*Includes consulting to approve your parts list and ensure compatibility analysis at least one week before camp begins. Note: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for parts supplied by campers! (We ARE responsible for all parts supplied by us, and campers selecting the Basic, Mid, Gaming, Ultimate, or Steam computer models are guaranteed to walk out of camp with a fully working computer.)

· Explore the inner workings of a desktop PC! Understand how each part works, connects to the system, and influences overall performance. Troubleshoot. Build your own working PC and take it home!

· PCs include CASE, POWER SUPPLY, MOTHER BOARD, DISK DRIVES, VIDEO CARD (mid and up PCs), KEYBOARD, MOUSE, and your choice of Windows 11 Pro**, Windows 10** or Ubuntu Linux.

· Campers will use camp-supplied monitors and speakers for the week. (You’ll need to supply your own PC monitor display and speakers or headphones after camp is over to use the PC.)

Campers selecting the Practice PC option work with camp-supplied parts. Computers will be disassembled at the end of the camp week. Practice PC option may also be selected for campers wishing to build their own computer first week and then attend for additional weeks without building a second computer to take home.

Note: The deposit amount consists of a $100 deposit for the camp program, and a $200 deposit for the selected computer type. Because we must custom order parts for each camper, the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. If you cancel 45 days or more before camp begins you will receive a full 100% refund of the deposit (or full payment).

Payment IN FULL for Build A PC camp is required TWO WEEKS before the first day of camp. If you pay deposit, we’ll send an invoice for the balance due. Full refund available up to 45-days prior to start date. See Terms on About Us page for full cancellation/refund policies. If registering more than one camper, select number of weeks above for each camper and list their names separated by commas, and then on PayPal checkout page you change the Quantity to match the number of campers. A 10% discount will apply automatically for each additional camper. Discounts for multiple weeks require advance registration. No cash refunds after camp begins – credit may be available, see Terms on About Us page.
