If your child or teen enjoys Ithaca Media Arts summer camp, they’ll love having a ROBLOX + Minecraft + VR Gaming Birthday Party! Kids play games in our Tech Studio for an afternoon of total fun! Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, these unique and memorable birthday parties are sure to put smiles on faces.
Partygoers can play the Roblox games or Minecraft servers of their choice, using their own accounts (free) or our accounts. VR (virtual reality) Play with Vive VR! Retro Games too! Tech support is always on hand to help with any issues, and familiarize newbies with how to play.
Your child or teen can now celebrate their special day with friends and family in the Ithaca Media Arts Tech Studio where together they’ll play Roblox, Minecraft, and a variety of Virtual Reality Games on the Vive VR system!
Birthday parties, graduation parties, and other celebrations may be held on most weekend afternoons. What a fun way to have a party! Reserve YOUR party date NOW!
How IMA Gaming Center Parties Work:
All Parties Start at 1:00pm on Saturday or Sunday Afternoons and run for up to 3 Hours, from 1:00 to 4:00pm!
· For small groups, or up to sixteen participants (maximum)
· Pay in Full or Pay Deposit to hold your date
· DIY Food – Bring your own cake, drinks and food if you want
· Fun! Fun! Fun!
Party Reservations
Select the weekend date you want in the PayPal registration form below as First Choice Date and Second Choice Date, the number of party guests, and pay in full or pay deposit via PayPal. We’ll usually be able to reserve your first choice. (If you’re not sure how many will attend, you can add more guests later.) If your first choice date is not available, we’ll reserve your second choice. Your deposit holds the date for two weeks. We’ll confirm the date and send an invoice for the balance due. (If you have a Coupon Code, pay deposit now, and we’ll invoice you for the adjusted balance due.) In the very unlikely event both date choices are already booked, we’ll email you with other options, or refund your payment. When you pay the balance due, we will confirm your reservation via email with more details.

Food and Cake:
Food and Cake are completely DIY. You may bring your own food and drinks, order pizza or other food for delivery, or none of the above. We provide tables for cake, food, beverages and snacks in our lobby area. We will assist with organizing and serving. We will provide garbage bags for you to clean up with. Cake is bring-your-own.
Chaperone Play:
All parties include up two adult chaperones to play along (completely optional). If more adults wish to play, please register them as guests.
