Celebrate with friends and family playing Roblox and Minecraft and Virtual Reality (VR) and Retro Games in the Ithaca Media Arts Tech Studio! Available Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the year. (For ages 5 – 99!)

Play games in the Ithaca Media Arts Tech Studio for an afternoon of total fun! Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, these unique and memorable birthday parties are sure to put smiles on faces.
 
Play the Roblox games and/or Minecraft servers of your choice! Virtual Reality Play with Vive VR Games! Retro Games too! Tech support is always on hand to help with any issues, and familiarize newbies with how to play.

Celebrate a special day with friends and family in the Ithaca Media Arts Tech Studio where together your guests will play Roblox, Minecraft, and a variety of Virtual Reality Games on the Vive VR system!
 
Birthday parties, graduation parties, and other celebrations may be held on most weekend afternoons. What a fun way to have a party! Reserve YOUR party date NOW!

Schedule Your Party Today!

Parties are from 1:00 to 4:00pm or from 4:30 to 7:30pm on Saturday or Sunday Afternoons! (weekday afternoons coming Fall 2025!)
· Have Fun Playing ROBLOX, MINECRAFT, and VIRTUAL REALITY Games with the VIVE VR system!
· Party may include groups of up to sixteen participants
· Use the calendar reservation system linked below to hold your date
· DIY Food – Bring your own cake, drinks and food if you want
· Play together in teams!
· Fee is $395 for party with up to six (maximum sixteen, add’l fee is $30 per guest)

Party Reservations

Use the calendar appointment system linked below from Square Payments to book your date and time. (You must book at least two weeks in advance, up to one year in advance.) First click on the basic party for up to 6, then in next window that appears click “Update”, then select ADDITIONAL GUESTS if needed, then click “Next” to select the DATE and TIME and complete the checkout.

Food and Cake:

Food and Cake are completely DIY. You may bring your own food and drinks, order pizza or other food for delivery, or none of the above. We provide tables for cake, food, beverages and snacks in our lobby area. We will assist with organizing and serving. We will provide garbage bags for you to clean up with. Cake is bring-your-own.

Chaperone Play:

All parties include up two adult chaperones to play along (optional). If more adults wish to play, please register them as guests.
